Privacy Policy

• Details you give us: name, email, WhatsApp number, country, store platform and notes you write in booking or contact forms.
• Program details: your login email and your course progress, if you are a student or team member.
• Payment details: the amount and payment reference. We do not store your card or bank login.
• Usage data: pages you visit, buttons you click, browser type and a rough location from your IP address.

• To answer your messages and run booked calls.
• To give you access to the mentorship program and support.
• To manage stores for agency clients.
• To improve the website and see which articles help people most.
• To keep the site safe and stop spam and misuse.

We never sell your personal data.

We use trusted services to run EasyEbay. Each one has its own privacy policy:

• Google Analytics: measures visits and page views. It only runs after you accept cookies.
• Google Calendar, Google Meet and Gmail: schedule calls and send booking emails.
• Payoneer: receives international payments.
• WhatsApp (Meta): support chats and updates when you message us.
• Our hosting and database provider: stores website data securely.

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

• Show you the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct data that is wrong.
• Delete your data, unless we must keep it by law.
• Stop using your data for analytics or marketing.
• Give you a copy of your data in a common format.

If you live in the EU or UK (GDPR) you can also complain to your local data authority. If you live in California (CCPA) you have the right to know, delete and opt out of the sale of data. We do not sell data. We answer requests within 30 days.

• Contact and booking messages: up to 2 years.
• Student and client records: while you are active, then up to 3 years for accounts and tax.
• Analytics data: up to 26 months.
• Deleted blog content stays in the trash for 30 days, then is removed for good.

We use encrypted connections, private storage and access limited to our owners and admins. No system is fully safe, so please use a strong password and never share your login.

Our programs are for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
