Terms of Service

EasyEbay is an online e commerce mentorship and store management team based in Pakistan. Asad Shahzad is the Founder and Mentor.

You agree to use the site and our programs in a fair and legal way. You must not:

• Share, record, resell or upload our lessons, videos or files anywhere else.
• Share your login or seat with another person.
• Use our training to break the rules of eBay, Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, Temu or any other marketplace.
• Try to hack, overload or copy the website.
• Harass our team, mentors or other students.

We may remove access without a refund if these rules are broken.

All lessons, videos, posters, templates, text, logos and the EasyEbay name belong to EasyEbay. You get a personal license to use them for your own learning and your own stores only. Marketplace names such as eBay and Amazon belong to their owners. We are not partners of these companies.

• Seats are limited and given in the order payment is confirmed.
• Access is for the person who paid. It is personal and cannot be moved to someone else.
• We teach methods that have worked for us and our students. Results depend on your effort, budget, market and the marketplace rules. We do not promise any income.
• Live sessions follow Pakistan time. Missed live sessions may be shared as recordings when available.
• We may update lessons and tools to keep them current.

For store management, the work, the fee or profit share and the reporting are agreed with you in writing before we start. You stay the owner of your store account and are responsible for the account details you give us.

Prices are shown on the site or shared with you before you pay. Payments are taken through the methods we list, such as bank transfer, Payoneer or other local options. Refunds follow our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.

Selling online carries risk. Marketplaces can limit, hold or close accounts, and money can be lost on stock, ads or fees. EasyEbay is not responsible for these losses. As far as the law allows, our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will first be handled through the steps in our Refund Policy. If it cannot be settled, it will go to the courts of Pakistan.
