Refund Policy

• Full refund if you cancel within 3 days of paying and before you open more than the first module.
• No refund after 3 days, or once you have opened more than the first module, because the lessons are digital and cannot be returned.
• If we cancel a batch or cannot give you access, you get a full refund.
• Refunds are sent back by the same payment method within 14 working days. Transfer fees from banks or Payoneer are not refundable.

• Mentorship: cancel within 3 days of payment for a full refund, as above.
• Free calls: cancel or move your booking any time before the call by messaging us.
• Agency services: either side can stop with 7 days written notice. Fees for work already done are not refunded.

• Not getting a certain income. Results depend on your work and the marketplace.
• A marketplace limiting or closing your account.
• Breaking our Terms of Service, such as sharing lessons or your login.

If you are not happy with our answer, tell us and the Founder will review your case personally within 7 days. Most problems are solved this way. If it is still not solved, the dispute follows the governing law section in our Terms of Service. Please talk to us before opening a chargeback, so we can help faster.
